Belgian artist, Serge van de Put, received La Napoule Art Foundation’s first ever Prix de La Napoule, a yearlong residency awarded to an extremely accomplished sculptor. An exhibition of his work, which make use of found and non-traditional materials, especially metal and rubber, culminated in the installation of a life-sized elephant built of recycled tires that now greets visitors just inside the Château gates.
